It has been engaged in providing well-trained skillful professionals for various types of vessels (i.e. container vessels, tankers, general cargo vessels, bulk carriers, Ro-Ro vessels, etc.) since 1989. Most of our seamen are fluent in English and possess all the necessary professional knowledge and documents required for working onboard ships of foreign employers, in accordance with IMO standards. We also provide ship repairs teams, anchor handling teams as well as candidates for various cadet programs. The pre-employment medical examinations of the seafarers are conducted at the special Maritime Medical Center of Ukrainian Ministry of Health to ensure that the staffs we supply to the ship owners are fit for service. All the candidates are subject to an alcohol and drug screening tests and aware of the drug, alcohol and smuggling abuse policies applied at the international companies. Our company consists of general, crewing and technical departments, each performing an important role in successful business development.
