1. Seafarers submitting his data to Sea-Jobs.org website agrees that his data will appear in Sea-Jobs.org website database and/or it's affiliated services.
2. Sea-Jobs.org website has right to use all information seafarer provided including but not limited to name, surname, photo, application form, additional informatin and attached files.
3. Seafarer agrees that application sent to Sea-Jobs.org email or other communication channels could be published in Sea-Jobs.org database
4. Seafarer agrees that his data including application could be rated and evaluated

For Companies

1. Company submitting it's data to Sea-Jobs.org website agrees that it's data will appear on the website and will be visible publicly including phone, email, website url, location address, description and logo.
2. Company agrees that Sea-Jobs.org website or it's affiliated service is in no way responsible for comments, ratings and feedbacks left on it's company profile page.
3. Company agrees that Sea-Jobs.org search engine will scan and add sea jobs to it's database automatically.

For visitors and general users

1. All information on Sea-Jobs.org website is copyright protected and it is NOT permitted to use it or copy in any way without Sea-Jobs.org written permission.
