All the Officers and Engineers have certificates of the Ukrainian State Maritime Academy or Higher Marine State College. The company is fully licensed by Ukrainian Government for manning activities. The company's Quality Management System has been assessed and certified by Russian Register according to ISO 9001:2000 quality standards for “Staff recruitment and assistance in employment of Ukrainian citizens to vessels and other units of Ukrainian and foreign employers”. The selection of candidates for our data base is operated through systemic assessment of the seamen's specific and foreign language skills on the basis of pre-employment interviews and Verbal English test, Marlins & CEC 4.1 tests which are held in order to qualify and estimate their crafts and to ensure communication on board of international ships. Our office staff are highly trained and experienced in marine Navigation/Engineering and Maritime Law and Economic, and are constantly developing their skills to keep up with the demands required in operating modern vessels. Our primary goals include, but are not limited to: Maintain the database of qualified crew, which can be used to develop present pool of seafarers whenever required; Arrange for smooth and timely embarkation of lined up crew; Briefing for the on-signing crew according to the latest Company instructions; Enforce procedures and policies of managing companies/shipowners as appropriate; Ensure the crew implements high level of safety and security on board in accordance with international standards; Encourage seafarers to update their professional knowledge and upgrade current qualifications.
