The company is managed by the professionals from merchant and offshore sectors, so we know the vessels up to every smallest detail and are able to select the right candidate for the given vacancy. To meet the shipowner's requirements, we can check a candidate for: - level of English (spoken and computerized Marlins test); - professional knowledge; - authenticating COC through the State Register of Seafarer's Documents and inquiry of the issued document to the Authority Confirmations; - previous sea-service and references. As well as the evaluation of seafarers, we can undertake planning of the crew change, rotation scheme and visa arrangement, and further training of the candidates.
