Marine Crew Agency Nordvegr Ltd. is one of the biggest crewing agencies in Kaliningrad region. We have been working in the recruitment industry since 1998. Recruitment of marine personnel for overseas ship owners is our company’s core business. Long-term cooperation with overseas ship owners and foreign companies helps us to work successfully and productively in forming a crew. We provide high quality services, promptness, attentiveness and friendly attitude. We accept responsibility for the results of our work. The high quality of our work is based on the qualifications of our employees and on compliance with international and Russian legislation. Nordvegr Ltd. has a valid license to provide employment services for marine personnel. The Agency is audited annually to confirm the compliance of its quality management system with the international standard ISO 9000:2015 and MLC 2006. Also, our company annually undergoes external audits initiated by our clients – foreign employers. We have developed and implemented a Personal Data Protection Policy, as well as Anti-Corruption Policy. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Nordvegr Ltd. doesn’t charge marine personnel for their employment.
