Company «Delta Crewing» provides services in personnel recruitment and employment of staff of vessels in accordance with the requirements of international conventions. Most of our staff working in the department of recruitment for ship’s crews are experts with maritime education and have a good experience at sea. At the root of the Company are two captains, who know and understand the specifics of the sea job inside. Our database has more than 30,000 profiles and consists of representatives from the officers and ratings who are successfully working on different types of ships. All seafarers have the necessary qualification certificates in accordance with international standards. «Delta Crewing» constantly expanding base of professionals ready to start work in the nearest future. We are interested in supporting the professional development of young sailors. Our Cadet program provides an opportunity for students and cadets of sea specialties to gain practical experience started his career already at the undergraduate and gain experience on the job training.
